We are now accepting head coach applications for our 2026 15U AA team.

Application Deadline: January 5, 2026

Important Notes for Applicants:

• Tritons Bantam Roster: Coach applicants associated with players currently training in the Tritons organization may apply contingently or wait until the final Bantam Tritons roster is announced.

Certification & Policy Requirements: Before applying, please review the WRSSBA Coach Selection Policy to understand our selection process.

• Certification: Head coaches for 15U AA must be “15U Coach Certified” via the NCCP.
• Training Path: Click here for the NCCP Path Information.
• Reimbursement: WRSSBA reimburses all NCCP training costs. Please contact Jordan Broatch (baseballoperations@wrssba.com) regarding courses and reimbursement.

How to Apply:

1. Download the Coach Application Form.
2. Complete the form electronically.
3. Email the completed form and proof of your NCCP certification to our 15U Division Coordinator, Roxanne Blake, at 15ucoordinator@wrssba.com​
