2021 Photo Day Information

Our photographer, Darby Photos, has been tasked with making photo day a reality for WRSSBA. Photos can happen and will happen safely. As every business has, Darby Photos have totally changed how they operate during the pandemic. Below are some key highlights:

  1. No order forms to pre fill out this year, all ordering will be done online and AFTER photo day. Details will be provided to each team on photo day to hand out to the parents.
  2. Before you arrive, WRSSBA will be requiring health checks to be completed via Teamsnap
  3. Parents will NOT be allowed in the photo area or gathering outside the photo area in the parking lot or field, team coaches and managers will only be allowed in this area. These individuals will be photographed to be included in the “team” products.
  4. Each player bring a BAT OR GLOVE for their photo.
  5. To help keep everyone safe, there will not be any common touch points: no tables, no pens, no benches. Players are to wear a mask until it’s their photo time and then put it back on right after.
  6. Come dressed and stay in your car until 10 minutes before your team’s scheduled time. We will have one team being photographed and one team confirming all health checks and on ground markings, in a single file line to be brought up to the photo area.

ALL ORDERING OF PHOTOS THIS YEAR WILL BE DONE AFTER PHOTO DAY AND ONLINE. NO ORDER FORMS ARE REQUIRED AT THE PHOTO DAY.

Darby Photos will build team products after photo day for each team that will be purchased by WRSSBA. This product is FULLY customized for your league and then tweaked for each team. These photos are truly unique and special for this unique season. Individual photos, trading cards, magnets, magazine covers, posters, etc can be purchased by each family as usual but ONLINE and AFTER photo day. Details will be given to each team on photo day about how to access these individual player galleries.
